What the AI Writer does

The AI Writer turns a short description of what you need into a complete first draft. You tell it the topic, who the text is for and the points you want covered; it returns a structured piece with a title, clear paragraphs and headings where they help. It handles blog posts, articles, product descriptions, social media posts, newsletters, short stories, speeches and outlines.

It is built for the blank-page moment: instead of staring at an empty document, you start with a draft you can cut, reorder and make your own. Editing is much easier than writing from nothing.

How to use it

  1. Write your brief in the input box. Include the topic, the audience and any facts, names or key points that must appear. Two or three sentences are enough to start.
  2. Choose the type of text: blog post, article, product description, social media post, newsletter, short story, speech or toast, or outline.
  3. Pick a tone: friendly, professional, casual, formal, persuasive, inspiring or humorous.
  4. Select a length: short (about 150 words), medium (about 400) or long (about 800).
  5. Press Generate and watch the draft appear. Use Copy to take it with you, Regenerate for a different take, or Continue in chat to refine it step by step.

The writer answers in the language of your brief, so a brief written in Spanish gives you a Spanish draft.

Tips for better results

  • Give it real material. Your own facts, examples and opinions are what make a text worth reading. The tool is instructed not to invent statistics and to leave placeholders like [add figure] where something is missing.
  • Name the reader. "For first-time home buyers" or "for busy parents" changes vocabulary, examples and depth.
  • Say what the reader should do next. Sign up, book a call, try a recipe: a clear goal gives the draft a clear ending.
  • Start with an outline for long pieces. Generate an outline first, adjust it, then paste it back as the brief for the full article.
  • Regenerate instead of fighting one draft. Two or three versions side by side often contain the best opening, the best structure and the best closing line.

Limits and honest use

The AI Writer is a drafting assistant, not an author with opinions or experience. Keep these points in mind:

  • Check every fact. AI can state things confidently and still be wrong. Verify names, dates, prices and claims before you publish; our guide on fact-checking AI answers shows a quick routine.
  • Add your own voice. Readers notice generic text. Your examples, stories and judgment are what make a piece yours.
  • Be transparent where it matters. Some schools, publications and clients have rules about AI-assisted writing. Follow them.
  • Do not use it to mislead. Fake reviews, impersonation and false claims are not allowed on ChatG.

FAQ

Is the AI Writer free?

Yes. There is no account and no payment. Each visitor gets a generous daily allowance of free messages, shared between the chat and all tool pages, and it resets every day.

Is the text original?

The draft is generated fresh for your brief rather than copied from a single source. Still, common topics produce common phrasing, so add your own ideas and examples, and run a plagiarism check if your publisher requires one.

Can I use the text commercially?

You can use what you generate for your own projects, including work for clients. You are responsible for checking accuracy and making sure the final text does not infringe anyone's rights.

Can it write in other languages?

Yes. Write your brief in the language you want, or ask for a specific language in the brief. The result follows that language.

How do I make the draft longer or change one section?

Click Continue in chat. The draft opens in a conversation where you can ask for a longer introduction, a new heading, more examples or a different ending, one request at a time. You can also start a writing conversation in the chat from scratch.

Is my brief saved?

Your text is sent to our AI processing service to create the result. The tool page does not add it to your chat history unless you choose Continue in chat; that history stays in your browser on this device.
