The Email Writer turns a quick description into a clear, ready-to-edit email. Tell it who you are writing to, what happened and what you want, and it returns a subject line, a fitting greeting, a short body with one idea per paragraph, a clear request and a sign-off. It handles new emails, replies and polite follow-ups.

It is most useful for the messages people tend to put off: asking for a favor, chasing an unpaid invoice, complaining about a service, declining an offer, or replying to a long email when you are not sure where to start.

How to use it

1. Describe the email in the input box: the recipient, the situation and the outcome you want. To reply, paste the email you received and add a line about what you want to say.
2. Choose the email type: a new email, a reply, or a follow-up to a message that got no answer.
3. Pick a tone: professional, friendly, formal, polite but firm, apologetic or persuasive.
4. Select a length: short (three to five sentences), medium (two or three paragraphs) or detailed.
5. Press Generate. Copy the email into your mail app, Regenerate for a different version, or Continue in chat to adjust a line.

The email is written in the language of your description, so you can describe it in Polish and get a Polish email.

Tips for better results

• State the outcome you want. "I want a refund by Friday" or "I want to move the meeting" gives the email a clear purpose and a strong last line.
• Include the key facts. Order numbers, dates and previous contact attempts make your message credible. Anything you leave out appears as a placeholder like [order number] for you to fill in.
• Use "polite but firm" for problems. It is the right tone for repairs, refunds and missed deadlines: respectful, but clear that something needs to happen.
• Keep it short when you can. Busy readers answer short emails faster. Choose the short length unless the topic really needs detail.
• Personalize before sending. Add a sentence only you would write, such as a reference to your last conversation.

Limits and honest use

• Check facts and promises. The tool is instructed not to invent dates, amounts or commitments, but always read the email before you send it. You are the one making the promise.
• Fill in every placeholder. Search for square brackets before sending so no [name] slips through.
• Not legal advice. For formal disputes, notices to terminate a contract or anything with legal consequences, the email can help you write clearly, but get advice from a qualified professional on what to say.
• Do not use it to deceive. Phishing, impersonation and spam are not allowed.
• Mind private details. Leave out passwords, card numbers and other sensitive data; you can add them in your mail app.
